SAEMS Lunch, Learn, Network & Grow
The SAEMS monthly luncheon meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month (except when otherwise announced). Every SAEMS luncheon features a keynote speaker on issues important to local business and spotlights some of our many professional and non-profit members.
Luncheons are held at the newly renovated Hotel Tucson in Downtown Tucson.
Meetings begin at 11:30 am with networking, and lunch is served promptly at noon as the program gets underway. After the meal, there is additional time to network prior to the featured speaker's presentation. The meeting concludes by 1:00 pm.
The cost to attend is $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Students are welcome to attend at the discounted $25 student rate. An additional fee of $5 per person applies to all reservations made after 5 PM the Friday before the luncheon and applies to walk-ins (both members and non-members) on the day of the luncheon.
All reservations must be accompanied by payment, and advance reservations are considered guaranteed. Your meeting fee not only covers your meal cost but funds SAEMS’ community involvement efforts as well as the SAEMS environmental student scholarships.

Close of business 5:00 PM on a Friday Preceding the Meeting
Availability for late registrations may depend on whether seats remain.
Note that cancellations must be received by the early registration deadline or you will be charged for the meal.
